    1. How long will it take to receive my order?

    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 2–4 business days across the UAE. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available in Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi.


    2. Do you offer free delivery?

    Yes! Free delivery is available on orders above AED 199.
    For orders below that amount, a small AED 15 shipping fee applies.


    3. Can I return or exchange my order?

    Yes, you can return most new and unopened items within 7 days of delivery.
    Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
    Used, damaged, or clearance items cannot be returned.


    4. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

    If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a quick replacement or exchange at no cost to you.


    5. Do you offer international shipping?

    Currently, Gadethub delivers only within the United Arab Emirates, but international shipping will be available soon.


    6. How can I track my order?

    Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.
